On October 29, 2025, cooperatives from across Mandaue City gathered for the Mandaue City Cooperative Congress, an annual event that highlights the achievements, service, and unity of the local cooperative sector. During this meaningful gathering, MAVENCO was honored with two significant recognitions for its contributions to both cooperative development and humanitarian support.
MAVENCO received a Plaque of Appreciation for its active participation and valuable support during the Cooperative Month celebration. This award reflected the cooperative’s continuous efforts to strengthen collaboration and promote the cooperative movement within the city.
Additionally, MAVENCO was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for its compassionate assistance to the earthquake victims in the northern areas. This acknowledgment affirmed the cooperative’s commitment to social responsibility and its readiness to extend help to communities in need.
The awards were formally received by Mr. Jay Roble, CEO, Ms. Precy Tayo, COO, and Mr. Joabet Lugo, Member Relations and Development Officer, who proudly represented the cooperative.
