In the spirit of solidarity and cooperative concern, the MAVENCO Multi-Purpose Cooperative extended immediate relief assistance to its members who were severely affected by Typhoon Tino, which brought widespread flooding and destruction to several communities.
Recognizing the urgent needs of its members during this difficult time, MAVENCO mobilized its Board of Directors, Management Team, and Branch Staff to organize and distribute relief goods to affected members. The relief packs, composed of essential food items and basic necessities, were provided to help families cope with the immediate impact of the disaster and support their recovery.
This initiative reflects MAVENCO’s unwavering commitment to its members, not only as a financial institution but as a cooperative that genuinely cares for the welfare of its community. The distribution activity was carried out with compassion and efficiency, ensuring that assistance reached those members who needed it most.
MAVENCO believes that cooperation becomes most meaningful during times of adversity. Through collective effort and shared responsibility, the cooperative continues to stand by its members, reinforcing the values of mutual help, solidarity, and resilience.
As communities begin to rebuild, MAVENCO remains steadfast in its mission to uplift and support its members, proving once again that in times of crisis, the cooperative movement is a powerful force for hope and recovery.
