The activity also reinforced MAVENCO\u2019s adherence to Gender and Development (GAD) principles and its role in creating a safe and discrimination-free work environment.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training was facilitated by Joabet Lugo, with Dondee Glenn Yuro serving as Co-Facilitator. Through interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants were encouraged to examine gender issues in the workplace and reflect on appropriate professional behavior grounded in respect and fairness.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sessions provided staff members with opportunities to openly engage in discussions on gender sensitivity, stereotypes, and workplace dynamics.
